0 164

Going through airport security with a toiletry bag is sometimes painful. This is especially true for US airports, which are assigned to category X, where safety is increasingly stringent. Knowing the rules and regulations of the TSA is a must and will greatly facilitate transit through airport security with a toiletry bag.

The TSA fluid rule is sometimes confusing to people, so we’ll simplify it for you.

Follow these simple steps to get a TSA approved toiletry bag and get started. Read the following steps and reduce the trouble at the airport!

TSA 3-1-1 Fluid Rule

Think of the magical number 3-1-1 when stowing liquids for cruising in the toiletry bag, especially for your carry-on or personal bag. You can technically put as many liquids in your checked baggage as you like as long as your suitcase is within the weight limits set by the airline. The TSA 3-1-1 Fluid Rule applies only to carry-on or whatever you want to take with you on the plane.

That means the different numbers:

  • 3 = Refers to the maximum container size that you can bring in your carry-on baggage. This corresponds technically 3.4 ounces or 100 milliliters per container. Containers smaller than 3.4 ounces are allowed, but anything larger is required to be stowed in your checked baggage. You can bring several 3-ounce containers, if they fit in a travel bag with rice assortment.
  • 1 = refers to the maximum number of quarter-sized clear bags you can bring in your toiletry bag. You must bring only one quarter-size (7 “x 8”) bag in which to store all of your 3.4-ounce fluid containers.
  • 1 = refers to the maximum number of persons per bag in quart size. Any person who flies may only carry travel labels up to 1/4 in size.

Now that we have broken it down for you, packing is a pretty simple task.

You need the following:

  • Some liquid bottles (3.4 ounces)
  • Travel toiletry bag with 1-quart size

If you do not want to be called by airport security, you must comply with the TSA rules. This involves disconnecting your electronics in airport containers and removing liquids that exceed the three-ounce limit. You need an easy to handle travel toiletry bag that complies with the rules but is cute. We recommend a TSA approved toilet bag. Here are some of the key features and why the TSA guidelines for carrying liquids in a carry-on bag are met.

Transparent Design

Let us know, will you really reuse this TSA certified Zippered Toiletry Bag? And what if your hair cream is a hole in your pocket and there is chaos? The Cosmetic Bag by EzPacking is a much more reliable option. It is transparent on all sides, except on the back, and has secure zips all around. In addition, airport security can easily see what’s inside without having to open the packing cube. The thicker plastic ensures that objects do not puncture holes in the bag over time.

Quart Size

Dimensions of the smallest EzPacking cube are 6 inches long and 6 inches wide. The TSA bag for the travel bag must not be larger than (7 “x 8”). Do not be fooled by its compact size, because you can store many items in a clear culture bag for EzPacking. Typical customers can stow between nine and thirteen items!

Wipe Clean

Toiletries like creams and lotions almost always leave residue, even if you remember to keep the cap tightly closed. With the EzPacking clear Travel Toiletry Bag you can simply wipe these residues with a warm washcloth or wash the entire cube under water and allow to air dry. It will be as good as new again! Mesh-based toiletry bags simply do not provide you with this feature.

Other toiletry bags tend to crack and crack due to their thin and mesh-like material. The EzPacking Travel Toiletry Bag is made of durable Cordura and vinyl. It is durable and retains its shape without being inflexible.

Simple But Durable Zipper Function

With EzPacking’s clear toiletry bags, you’ll have more durable and more intact zippers. And did we mention that there are double zippers for added security and functionality? For this reason, the likelihood of leaks is lower. Although not 100% waterproof, we refer to our packaging cubes as “splash-proof” as they help reduce and prevent spills. P.S. If you’re really a smart packer, you’ve packed ALL your clothes and valuables in EzPacking cubes to avoid damaging your suitcase.

Don’t focus on negative things; focus on the positive, and you will flourish. Alek Wek
